My third and final day (I think) was pretty good actually. The leftover juice from the night before I drank for breakfast so there was no need for me to wake up early and juice. I did juice for lunch and what was left over I had for dinner. DELISH I might add. I decided to add some pineapple and boy oh boy was that YUMMY idea.
Ingredients: Kale, spinach, kiwi, watermelon, pineapple, green apple, honey dew, cantalope, grapes, strawberries.
Oh and a little FYI I forgot to tell you guys….I add a spoon of flax seed powder to my juices. I also keep my glass in the freezer so my juices are extra cold and I don’t have to add ice to water down my concoction.
